I grew up in the shadow of Kentucky's great bourbons distilleries and
have a true affinity for the nuance and versatility this spirit can
bring to the party. We will explore those characteristics, paired
with five courses from the Ruth's Chris kitchen, in this evening of
fun, facts and camaraderie! The bourbons will includes some classics: Basil Hayden, Knob Creek, Booker's, Baker's and Jim Beam Devil's Cut, a new project that carefully blends six-year-old whiskey with the intense "leavings" in each barrel -- the Devil's Cut.
